Felicity Wilson
My childcare background began after I finished high school as a nanny in 1997. In 2006 I began work in a child care centre. I worked as an assistant while studying my Diploma in Children's Services.
In 2010 I started work at Kindy Patch Grovely as the Nursery Group Leader. I have since completed my Advanced Diploma and began working as the Centre Manager.
I enjoy the relationships I have formed with the children, families and staff at this wonderful centre and find my role rewarding. As the children leave with a smile and a wave I know the staff and I have fulfilled our duty.
I live in the local community and my desire is to provide a quality centre for local families.
